Returns and Refunds Policy

1. If you have purchased a downloadable product, such as an ebook, an email training course, or an online manual, you are entitled to a money-back guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the downloadable product within the first 30 days you are entitled to a 100% refund.

2. Refunds are not provided for downloadable products more than 30 days after you have paid for the item.

3. Downloadable products for which refunds have been made should be deleted from your computer and any backups you have made.

4. Non-downloadable products, such as consultancy, training course and workshops cannot be refunded or returned.

5. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a non-downloadable product and we cannot agree a mutually acceptable settlement, we will appoint a third-party arbitrator acceptable to both parties to settle the dispute. Both parties agree that the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
